Smart Action has cleaning, deodorising and bactericidal properties making it a valuable contribution too hygiene.

Cleaning is achieved by concentrated detergents which suspend the dirt particles and emulsified oil. Maximum dilution 1:100

Odour control: Action incorporates a deodorant compound which gives an instant and dramatic improvement in odour conditions by neutralising offensive smells.

Disinfection: is achieved by the incorporation of a bactericide. The agent has been shown to be effective against the following: Strep.Faecalis, Staph. Aureu, E.coli, Kleb.Aerogenes, Prot.Vulgaris, Candida Albicans, Pseud.Aeruginosa, Listeria Monocyte., Clost. Welchii, Strep.Mutams.

Smart Action has had widespread and successful use as a cleaner of rubbish chutes, through jet-ting equipment.

How to Step-by-Step

1. Method of Use can be safely used on most surfaces
2. The product is generally used at concentrations down to 1-2% for cleaning
3. Apply with spray, mop, brush or cloth/sponge
4. For stubborn soils, agitation may be required

Bacterial activity: at dilutions of 1:50 – 1-100 (1-2%) Action will completely kill most bacteria and yeasts within a few minutes.

Bacteriostatic Activity: – at dilutions 1:500 – 1:1000 (0.1-0.2%) will prevent growth of most micro-organisms
Fungicidal Activity – to kill resistant moulds/fungi use Action at a dilution rate of 1:20 (5%)

Safety Precautions

The product is non-hazardous, however, avoid inhalation of mists and sprays. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate protection. Skin contact should be washed off with water. In the event of eye contact irrigate eyes with plenty of clean water. For detail health and safety information refer to Safety Data Sheet.

Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting, drink 1 – 2 glasses of water, seek medical attention
Skin Contact: Wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water, remove contaminated clothing, flush skin with running water. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist

Eye Contact: Rinse continuously with water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelids open. Seek medical attention. If can be done easily done remove contact lenses.

Spills/leaks: Absorb on inert absorbent and transfer to a container. Prevent spillage from entering natural waters/land drains.

FIRE: Use water fog or fine water spray. Emergency workers to wear full protective clothing including breathing apparatus.
