How do I pay for goods?

PayPal or BACS. You can pay using a credit card or debit card via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to do this – you can use a credit card in the checkout process. The PayPal process allows you to pay using your credit card in a secure way. BACS details further down.

I do not have a PayPal account.

No problem – you don’t need one.  Just use a credit card in the checkout.

Are there any charges for paying by PayPal?

No charges for you – we pay them!

Can I pay by BACS?

Yes, just select “Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)” when you checkout and follow the instructions. Once you’ve paid we’ll complete the order and ship it to you.

How much is postage/shipping?

The website calculates this based on weight at checkout. This is the only way to see the cost of postage. You will see your shipping cost before you checkout and pay.

Is VAT included?

Final prices are shown with any included VAT at the current rate. You will receive a PDF invoice breaking down the VAT content in the usual way.

Can you deliver anywhere?

In the UK, yes! (This includes NI, Scottish Islands, other UK islands.) Outside of the UK possibly. Please contact us to find out.

Can I get next day delivery?

We aim for next day delivery on orders received before 12 noon. We can’t  guarantee the service but in most shipments that’s the case. Get in touch if next day delivery is essential.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland?

Yes we do deliver to Republic of Ireland.

Can I collect?

We will be offer “Click and Collect” from near to Tunbridge Wells from our warehouse.
